Sloan Legacy Coaching focuses on improving overall health through our individual stories. We believe in order to commit to something and create sustainability, it is necessary to attach your goals to a deep WHY. We train others to become strong for themselves, both physically and mentally. SLOAN Legacy Coaching is a program designed to teach you how to stay on track using your strengths.

We follow our company motto “Strength Longevity Overcomes all Negativity” during training as well. We focus on understanding proper form and muscle engagement to prevent injury and keep you strong indefinitely. We attack exercise with a minimalist approach in order to prevent a burn out while providing efficient muscle and overall growth.
