Group Training

Specifically designed for a group of three to five close friends who are looking to take an evening for themselves, allowing friends to work out in a safe and supportive environment, group training is the ultimate evening in. There are quite a few different options when it comes to group training.

If you are looking for something new and fun to do, you could opt to have a one time training session. If you are however, looking to have a more regular work out session, then participating in group training once a month may be more fitting for you and your teams needs.
